What data is collected?

Data collected in our surveys may include (but is not limited to): name, nationality, place of work and any other data the survey respondent inputs.

What is the purpose of this data collection?

The purpose of our surveys is to gather feedback on the services provided to you by us (Atalia Student Residences DAC). We use the information gathered to monitor our performance, identify and address any issues, and to improve our future service.

Data gathered is also used for marketing research purposes.

We may contact survey respondents directly in relation to their feedback for the purpose of improving our services/addressing any issues. We may also contact respondents for the purposes of carrying out prize-draws.

How is your data processed?

Our company uses Microsoft Forms. Please refer to the privacy and cookies policy at the end of the form. Data is also processed directly by Atalia Student Residences DAC for general statistical analysis.

How long will your data be stored?

The personal data you submit via our surveys will be held by us for 24 months and deleted thereafter.

However, should you wish to request that personal information collected about you is deleted before 24 months, you can do so by emailing
